Draft: Spun shows what it would do; you trigger each action manually. Approve: Spun queues actions; you reply YES or NO via WhatsApp. Auto: Spun executes within guardrails (budget caps, content guidelines) and reports after. You can change modes at any time.

Yes. Spun connects to your Google Ads account, launches campaigns on your behalf within the budget you approve, and reports back on performance. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads are coming soon.

Starter (£69.99/mo) covers Google listing management, review collection, and weekly reports. Growth (£119.99/mo) adds Google Ads management, analytics, and higher usage limits. Ad spend is separate — passed through to Google at cost.

Does ad spend come out of my subscription?

No. Your Spun subscription covers the AI agent and the actions it takes. Ad spend is separate and billed directly by the ad platform on your connected account.

Do you offer refunds?

The 3-day free trial is your chance to evaluate before paying — cancel before it ends and you're not charged. After the trial, payments for completed billing periods aren't refundable, but you can cancel any time and won't be billed again.
